Nicole Smith have been an athlete for over 11 years. First introduced to fitness by sports in high school during volleyball and track. After a near death car accident in 2016 that caused my spine to detach and immediately being paralyzed, I never saw it as an option to quit my purpose being an athlete and trainer. I began walking within a matter of months and became my own physical therapist.I specialize in compensation,working around those areas that allows you to still be able to build the muscle needed. I worked in dentistry for 6+ years and August 2023 I quit to fulfill my purpose as a Personal Trainer and Body Competitor.
